[ts-7000] how to stack pc104 peripherals

Hi,
I am using ts-7800. I have managed to run tsgsm1 and radicom's phone line modem peripherals on pc104 bus. Now i want to stack both peripherals together on same pc104 bus. Can anybody help me regarding module loading and irq sharing in linux.?
