Unless you ordered them as RS485, they are RS232.  The COM2 is exactly the same 
as COM1, but COM3 is different and cannot run at the same low speeds as COM2.  
I can't recall the exact speed, but I needed to run at 300 baud which won't 
work on COM3.  There may be some flow-control difference between COM3 and COM2 
as well.

If you want to log in using COM2 and COM3, check there's a getty entry in 
/etc/inittab. If you want to use the ports for your own programs, make sure 
there isn't.

I'm pretty sure the device names are /dev/ttyAM0, ttyAM1 and ttyAM2.
