Hmm, I'm sure that image does in fact boot. I have used it on several cards. Here's my exact steps: 1. dd=if=512mbsd-latest.dd of=/dev/mmcblk0 2. Insert the card and supply power to the TS-7390 3. Wait for the serial console to come up (I'm using the TS-9445 debug board). 4. From the serial console, do exit to exit the fastboot shell and start booting the sd card. On my setup, I ran tshelp from the serial console and then did the link command to make the SD card always boot. So in any case, I know that image works.
