[ts-7000] Serial port TS-SER4 problem

What drivers/modules are required to run the TS-SER4 PC104 serial card on a 
TS7260 ?
when I use setserial I get the following error:

$ setserial /mnt/dev/ttyS0 uart 16550A port 0x3A8 irq 6 ^fourport
Unable to handle kernel paging request at virtual address 71c003aa

I have tried loading the drivers under /lib/modules/../drivers/char
and ../drivers/serial
but still get the error.
