The correct settings for a SER4 running on a TS7260 are

setserial  /dev/tts/4 uart 16550A port 0x89c003a8 irq 33
setserial  /dev/tts/5 uart 16550A port 0x89c002a8 irq 33
cd /dev/tts
mknod 2 c 4 66
setserial  /dev/tts/2 uart 16550A port 0x89c003a0 irq 33
mknod 2 c 4 67
setserial  /dev/tts/7 uart 16550A port 0x89c002a0 irq 33

PC104-IRQ6 is IRQ33 on the SBC
IRQ mapping: (PC104 -> Linux)
5->22
6->33
7->40
