Rob, my card was corrupted too and I think the reason was that after shutting down (executed from a Telnet sesion) i switched power off before the actuall file system has been unmounted properly. It would not happen if I did the shutdown from serial terminal , since the getty would still be able to display unmounting file system messages. Anyway, I created the master SD card with all correct set ups and dd'ed it to a working SD card copy. Thanks ------------------------------------ Yahoo!
