Have you tried putting the SD card in a PC? I've had a couple of SD cards get physically corrupted, meaning not recognizable by the 7800 or a PC. :-/ The card failed to even show up as a device in the system (Linux and Windows). Since the card wouldn't show up, I could even format the card.

Their support is nill, and every time you ask something first on their mind is just how much will cost them to fix.

I guess normal shutdown should not prevent susequent booting. They could do at least that much.
