Hi Bill,
I realise this is a very late reply, but I had the same problem, and
thought posting a solution might help people in the future who may be
struggling with enabling the 9700's ADC or DAC.
Your code is fine apart from your pointer arithmetic. You cast 'regs' as
an unsigned integer pointer, but the offsets detailed in the ts-7800
manual (0x30 - 0x3C) are byte offsets. Hence you need to convert them in
terms of your integer array:
0x30 offset = 48 bytes offset
48 bytes / 4-bytes per integer = 12 integers offset
Hence, change
> regs[0x30] = 0x55555555;
> regs[0x34] = 0x55555555;
> regs[0x38] = 0x55555;
> regs[0x3C] = 0x55555;
to
> regs[12] = 0x55555555;
> regs[13] = 0x55555555;
> regs[14] = 0x55555;
> regs[15] = 0x55555;
and you will successfully change the PC/104 bus to ISA mode.
