look at gnuplot. It is a very powerful and flexible plotting program that can 
output in miraid formats.

these can be bitmapped images (jpeg png ,etc) vectorial:postscipt, svg ... or 
interactive terminals like x11.

I use it to serve up images via apache rather than directly on the SBC but you 
will probably find an output format that suits what you need.

It can also do other tasks on the data either internally or by calling a shell.

I run two instances, one runs as a control loop and controls hardware connected 
to the 7250 , the second produces live data logging graphs.
