[ts-7000] TS-7800 Jumper to Cut for WDT Hang/Reset

Does anyone know what trace to cut and/or jumper to put in place to fix 
the TS-7800 hang/reset problem when using the AVR WDT?  Also, which 
revision boards does this fix apply to?
