Hi,

just leave the jumper 1 open and insert the SD card. When the boot stops in 
initrd, follow the advice in tshelp to automatically continue in booting debian 
(if you want to).

The SD card should be accessible via standard commands (mount, fstab, ...). I'm 
using one (2GB) mounted as /home in my development 7800.
