hi,
thanks for replying but when I am tried to make so I faced the following error

mm/page_alloc.c:684: warning: `setup_nr_node_ids' defined but not used

make[1]: *** [mm/page_alloc.o] Error 1
make: *** [mm] Error 2

do any one has any idea how can I solve this problem?

you first have to download the cross tool fro the embedded arm site and the Linux 2.6 sources code kernel uncompressing them and change the path the CROSS_COMPILE function in the Makefile at the Linux 2.6 later
use the communed
make ts72xx_defconfig
make oldconfig
make menuconfig //it is a gowe you can add and delet feater as you wont
make bzImage
or make zImage
finally make //if you succed that mean every thing has goon fine
if you have dependency between the package use
make dap
also their other how recommend to use make install and make install model i think if you search the net you can find useful information
but before all of that be sure that you have update the Linux you have to the latest update
