It works just fine. On the TS7250 I get 128,000 baud when I do this:

    if (TRUE == for_half_duplex)
    {
        system("setserial /dev/tts/0 irq 22 uart 16550A skip_test baud_base 
1662500 spd_cust divisor 12");

        running_at_this_baud = B38400;
    }
