  at the risk of being slightly off-topic, if you're interested
specifically in an ARM board, take a look at the beagleboard as well:

  http://beagleboard.org

cheap, loaded with features and a very active user community.  just
another option to consider.

p.s.  there will be a new rev of the beagleboard literally within days
(it will be the "C2" rev) so make sure you're getting the new rev --
more memory, more features.
