You are correct, my main reasons for sticking with the OABI for the  
rootfs and userland code is a combination of convenience and install  
base. I certainly see the benefits of moving the whole system to EABI  
and would be willing to do it given a stable base SD image for the  
7800 and access to a reasonable APT archive of pre-compiled common  
software packages but given time constraints on this product  
development effort we are working on, I need to dive into the details  
of our application specifics rather than messing with the system  
software -- not to mention any ancillary libraries we may choose to  
use via `apt-get'.
