Hi Rob,
Yes there's a Windows Version with everything preconfigured in
Eclipse! I Know it comes with the development kit for the 7390, which
I bought. I've only compiled and run the demo programs that come with
the IDE under Windows, because I am used to Linux development.
If you really want to start right away ordering the development kit
would be expensive (around $150 if I remember correctly) but will save
you a lot of time. It comes with Eclipse preconfigured for windows in
an partition of an SD card.
I advice you take a quick Debian Linux tutorial on the web and if you
have the time stick to some Linux distribution, since it will payoff
in the future.
Have a nice Linux journey!
