The following information was given to me in regards to Sarge:

 > FYI Sarge has been moved from the current Debian repositories to the
 > archives. As a result all sources.list scripts will need to point to
 > the archive repositories.

I have also been informed that our shipping Sarge images have been 
modified with this change somewhere around the beginning of last month 
(Dec '08).
