I'm pretty much a peasant when it comes to hardware. I need to be able
to turn an ATX power supply on and off with the output available on a
TS7200.

On an ATX PS, shorting pin 14 to ground turns the PS on. Disconnecting
the pin turns the PS off.

How do I do this from a TS7xx0? I have DIO at 3.3 V and serial lines
at 5V or 7V. I'm guessing I need an opto-isolator but the circuit
itself is a mystery to me.

Can anyone clue me in?

Thanks,

--Yan
