[ts-7000] TS-BAT3 and TS-RF2 drivers for Linux 2.6

The Linux 2.6 TS-UART drivers for the TS-BAT3 and TS-RF2 have been 
updated to add support for the TS-73XX line of products.  This was 
accomplished by adding kernel parameters to allow the user to specify 
the base address for 8-bit I/O on the PC104 bus, and mappings between 
the available ISA IRQs and the corresponding ARM IRQs.  Since these 
differ between boards these changes should allow these boards to be used 
on any TS-7XXX board now.

The files are located on the ftp site.  For the TS-RF2:
