JP7 lies next to the PC/104 bus. TS-7260 voltage regulator regulates
the input voltage down to 3.3V and after that boosts it back to 5V for
the PC/104 bus and USB. Needless to say this is a bit inefficient. JP7
can be used to bypass this setup and provide the PC/104 bus 5V line
with power directly from the power source. Your power source must
provide regulated 5V for this to work.
