Not sure what you mean by "run" a .o file, as typically you have to
perform a final link stage to produce your executable.
If you want to run a program as soon as you finish the fast boot, you
can edit the /linuxrc file. Mostly likely something like running your
program (possibly in the background) immediately before starting the
fastboot shell would work, although you'll want to make sure you
redirect your I/O as needed. For the full Debian boot you would use the
standard Debian method, which I believe involves /etc/rc* files.
