Thanks for both answers. If I manage to get the MTD to boot ever again,
I'll try it out.
Unfortunately, we tried to boot with an external USB drive connected (it
didn't boot) and since then, we get an error booting from MTD. I'm
trying to use the image from the Eclipse SD card we got from Technologic
to recreate the MTD, but the first time it hung on "Creating YAFFS2
filesystem." Cool. The second attempt worked while I was typing here
and it is booted. And adding -H as suggested fixed my problem, too.
