ok.. it was a VERY stupid problem
THIS IS A REMEMBER FOR ALL: by default the debian on SD card bind the 
terminal in ttyS0 AND ttyS1 !! (not only on ttyS0)

in /etc/inittab
# By default, run gettys on both serial ports
T0:23:respawn:/sbin/getty -L ttyS0 115200 vt100
T1:23:respawn:/sbin/getty -L ttyS1 115200 vt100

this could cause very stupid problems....

Now my rs232 ports works correctly... i'll do more test on rs485 
port...
