Assuming the 7390 works like the 72xx boards, Alsa works well with USB sound on a 2.4 kernel. There are some messages in the archives about getting this working. You'll need to compile the soundcore module from the kernel source, then check out message #5336 for getting alsa working.

I also found this page at the alsa site useful for USB audio:

Hi! if your board has a 2.6 kernel, then you're all set. Install alsa and everything will work like a charm.

I noticed the TS7390 has sound capabilities. Has technologic worked
out a driver for the sound system on the EP9302? Does anyone know how
I can add this capability to my own projects?

Thanks
