Thanks!  This looks like a great resource for future reference.  I'll
especially look over your python stuff.

Did you find the answer to your earlier question about the new i/o
methods in more recent 2.4 kernels, which appeared since you wrote
your book?

Have you looked at 2.6 kernels?
