[ts-7000] RS-485 over TS-7800

Hi to all,
i've buyed a ts-7800 board and i need to use rs-485 serial controller (i've 
ordered it with 
optional rs485 feature).
I've booted my debian and i can see the device from ttyS0 to ttyS7.
>From schematics i've found the right pins for 485 line connection (on COM2 
>connector).

I've tryed all ttyS ports but it doesn't work. I'm unable to read or write data 
on rs485 
controller.

(i think my software work correctly, because it work succesfully on ttyS1 with 
a standard 
rs232 connection).

I need to make others device? I'm wronging something? what is the right device 
for first 
rs485 port and what for second rs485 port?
