Hi,
I am currently jumping through the hoops to get my patches for the TS-7800 in
the mainline kernel. The NAND driver I also want to add support for. The
NAND is the same on the TS-72[56]0 as it is on the TS-7800[1] and so there is
scope to make the same driver work for both groups of devices.
I threw together a patch that *should* work that applies hopefully with no
problems to a recent vanilla kernel.

If anyone has a TS-72[56]0 (or even a plain TS-7200 as I want to see if the
driver prevents loading) and some time to spare could give it a try that
would be great.
Cheers
Alex
[1] only DMA/HW ECC support is available on the TS-7800 though it seems
