[ts-7000] [TS 7200] ssh failed to open a connection

Hi all,

I try to connect from a host to my arm board using ssh.
But i have this following error : 

#ssh 
Connection to XXX closed by remote host
Connection to XXX closed

If i use putty, i have this following error : 
server refused to allocate pty

Does anybody know how to fix this problem ?
