Hmmm, perhaps parts of /proc are not hooked up.
There is an actual 'lspci' command, or at least there is on x86
versions of Linux. That might show more info.
Also, during the boot, it should enumerate all the devices on PCI, so
looking at the output of 'dmesg' might show something useful.
Apart from that, I will have to stare at the schematic again to see if
any other ideas present themselves, but it seems that the only way for
the FPGA to present devices is via PCI.
