I've never had to set the port number.
Get rid of it.

If you board IP address is 10.172.1.33, why have you got 10.172.1.44 here?
Caveat: I've never used nfsroot etc by setting the fixed parameters
on the exec line, I've always used DHCP and a suitably configured DHCP server.
