Hello tom,
I also got same kind of problem interims of NFS on ts-7200 and can't
understand this line((set in RedBoot) to the wrong one set in 
> etc/network/interfaces).

this is my redboot script

Run script at boot: true
Boot script: 
.. fis load vmlinux
.. exec -c "console=ttyAM0,115200 root=/dev/nfs
nfsroot=10.172.1.159:/nfsroot,port=2049
ip=10.172.1.33:10.172.1.159:10.172.1.1:255.255.255.0:ts7200"

Boot script timeout (100ms resolution): 1
Use BOOTP for network configuration: false
Gateway IP address: 10.172.1.1
Local IP address: 10.172.1.44
Local IP address mask: 255.255.255.0
Default server IP address: 10.101.1.32
dns_ip: 10.101.1.32
Network hardware address [MAC]: 0x00:0xD0:0x69:0x40:0x29:0x90
GDB connection port: 9000
Force console for special debug messages: false
Network debug at boot time: false

here i use port number 2049. can u tell how u got configure port number.

my board ip 10.172.1.33
Nfsroot ip 10.172.1.159
getway 10.172.1.1
netmask 255.255.255.0
and my SBC bord /etc/network/interface is configure by static ip like tsi
1.board ip 10.172.1.33
2. getway 10.172.1.1
3.netmask 255.255.255.0
please help me.
