I am just about to try and get WiFi working on a TS7250, not quite the same I know. Are you sure you need to load both zd.o and zd_b.o? Although the insmod doesn't complain, I'd try just one not both - probably zd_b.o as that is the more common chipset. Also you can clear dmesg using dmesg -c. That was it's easier to see what the new messages are. Martin ps - could you post the size and MD5sum of both zd.o and zd_b.o? Yahoo!
