Correction: Marvell bought Intel XScale, StrongARM was a DEC product.
(According to Wikipedia, today).

Therefore, my reference doesn't give any exact connection to the
lineage of the XScale. Anyway, it's still an XScale is an ARM9 that's
been primarily modified for speed enhancements.
