But an entry in your /etc/inetd.conf like
ssh stream tcp nowait root /usr/sbin/dropbear dropbear -i
find the process number (N) of the inetd process and then do
kill -HUP N
you should be able to ssh to the box.
ok make sure you've done the dropbear key gen stuff...
dropbearkey -t rsa -f /etc/dropbear/dropbear_rsa_host_key
