[ts-7000] how to ssh to tslinux?

hi,

I have been working on 7250 booted to the TS debian image using ssh, 
my system requires use of tty0 for other things.

now I want to get close to the target system which is TSlinux plus a 
couple of binaries. I have this booting over nfs but I need to log in 
over ethernet since I dont have serial console.

TSlinux has dropbear rather than ssh but it does not recognise the 
ssh rsa keys and refuses ssh login attempts.

Can anyone explain how to set this up?
