Do you have a TS-7200 or a TS-7800? The "rtc7800" is only for the TS-7800
so should not exist on a TS-7200. This utility only works for the on-board
RTC; we currently have not investigated implementing support for the TS-5620
on the TS-7800 as an RTC option is available for the TS-7800.
