at minimum i believe you have to load the fpga code up.

I too want to get rid of the initial log on the ts7300, well not so much the 
logo , its the flashing 
cursor and the framebuffer writes i want to be gone.

i'd intented to try removing various modules to see which it'd be that did the 
trick.

I'd like the keep the /dev/fb since then you can query the size/bitdepth just 
in case i feel like 
using the 800x600.

I use the memory layout/blitter too on the TS-7300, i don't think its any 
different from the TS7KV

did you mean car or card, i'm doing a CarPC with mine.
