I created a /dev/ttyS3 etc (after deleting the ones that were already
there) with major 234 and minor 1,2,3, etc and it allowed me to open
ttyS3 ok (I think) but then everything corrupted in flash before I
could make sure, so now I get the fun of creating a sd disk and fixing
the flash.
I will let you know the outcome of the serial ports when I get
everything back up and running.
