[ts-7000] INIT: Id "lgn1" respawning too fast: disabled for 5 minutes

I keep getting this error every 5 minutes on the console, "INIT: Id
"lgn1" respawning too fast: disabled for 5 minutes".  Platform is
TS-Linux on the TS-7400.  Can someone tell me what's generating it?
