cat /etc/inittab
whatever command is prefixed with 'lgn1' is basically failing to start for
some reason. Try starting it manually, see what's going on.
init has been told to restart it if it dies, so since it exits as soon as
it starts, init has to start it a lot. The message is the result of init
realising that it's just not going to work instead of brainlessly trying
as fast as it can forever.
A missing /dev/ttyAM1 device node or similar is a likely culprit.
