[ts-7000] bluetooth setting problem

when i tried to install bluez-utils

it return me error:

3 not fully installed or removed.
Need to get 0B of archives.
After unpacking 0B of additional disk space will be used.

dont know what to do next...
hcitool dev  gives me nothing.
lsmod show that hci_usb and bluez both loaded.
lsusb show the bluetooth dongle too. (D-link dbt-120)
