Tecnologic Systems sell an add-on PC104 board, the TS7KV that has a 5
megabaud capable RS232/RS485 serial port (as well as a custom video
framebuffer and other stuff).

I presume you get support for that in their kernel as well.

I don't know if they sell a board with just the serial port for less money.
