You must generate your own keys for sshd, or disable sshd startup if
you don't want to use it. Including keys with a distribution would
not be very secure....

Here it fails to find the configuration file. You _do_ have to
configure mysql to your system before it can run properly. For
example, the default configuration uses 32M or so for caches, which
you probably don't want on your embedded system!
Please read
over /usr/share/doc/mysql-[client,common,server]/README.Debian for
details on configuring mysql.
