I'm not sure what you are asking here.  For running a kernel of 
version 'uname -r', modules for that kernel should be 
in /lib/modules/'uname -r'.  There is no problem having both 
directories -ts10 and -ts11.  Modules.conf should not have any 
directory paths in it, just module names (other than /dev nodes of 
course).
