Hi --

There are a few SPI drivers:
http://marc.info/?l=linux-arm-kernel&m=117741750521238&w=2, and
http://marc.info/?l=linux-arm-kernel&m=118364323516641&w=2

I haven't used either, however.  Both are for a recent 2.6 linux 
kernel, so unless you are considering a 2.6 kernel, they won't do 
you much good.  But they may give you some ideas ....
