Hi Dave , thanks for that link.

looking at the heavy disclaimer they have nailed to the front door it 
seems one may even need a licence to use the code even if you wrote 
it yourself.

I am very wary of the this kind of legalistic blind alley.

I would be reluctant to tie my development into a technology with 
this kind of restriction.

Thankfully not all the TS boards rely on SD.
