The EP9302 will blink the green LED if no bootable devices can be found. 
The WDT will reset the board every 8 seconds, the red LED will be 
blinked once when this happens. If this is the LED pattern you are 
seeing it indicates you're e2 has been corrupted/erased. You can boot to 
the TS-9441 and use the tsbootrom-update utility to reprogram your e2.
