[ts-7000] Green Led is Blinking , the board does not boot.

Hello,
      I have a TS7400Devkit, it was working very well, but today, I removed
the TS9440 board and the system has halted.
      Now the green led is blinking. I did not find and reference to this
led in manuals.
      So, I would like to know, what is going on? What means the blinking
green led (the red led some time blink once).. How can I fix it (if I can)?
      Please, help me to solve this issue.
