[ts-7000] Re: using GSM module

I think the problem may be the board does not have power, or is
malfunctioning: I believe the LED should be on or flashing at 2 Hz. 
Here is my configuration:

- On TS-7260 only JP2 and JP3 ON, all others OFF.
- On TS-GSM1 JP5 is ON (auto start up), IRQ 7 is ON, all others OFF.

Should the light be on?  How can I get it on?  I do have a valid SIM
installed.
