You definitely get that error message if the board was not programmed
with the SD Card option in the CPLD. I have several boards. Some were
ordered with the SD option and some not, but they all came with the SD
card cage, so the presence or absence of the cage is not a great
indicator. When I get the boards mixed up I run the 'insmod sdcard'
and see if it passes or fails.

You have to order the board with the SD Card option, its not the default.

So, contact TS directly. If you want to use the SD card with that
board, you may have to get it reprogrammed.
